Privacy of case files, and support access

Your case files are private to you and to the members of your chamber you invite. Uploaded documents are encrypted at rest. Wakeelnama staff cannot open your case files unless you grant support access.

Support access

If you need help with a particular case, open the case’s settings and choose "Let support read this case for 48 hours". Access covers that one case, ends by itself after 48 hours, and you can withdraw it at any time from the same place. Staff access is logged.

AI processing

In live mode, the text the chamber needs is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to produce the chamber’s work. It is not used to train any model. We never sell or share your data.

Download everything

In Settings, "Download all my data" gives you one JSON file with your cases, boards, drafts, hearings, deadlines, research questions and messages. Uploaded files are listed in it; download each one from its case.

Delete

Delete a document, a case, or your whole account from the app at any time. Deleting your account removes your case files, documents and drafts straight away.

Your calendar link

The diary can give you a private calendar link for Google or Apple Calendar. Anyone who has that link can see your case titles and hearing dates, so keep it to yourself.
