Diary, reminders and notifications

Where hearings and deadlines show up, what the bell tells you, and how to see your diary in your calendar app.

Add hearings and deadlines on a case’s Hearings tab, or use “Save to case diary” in the limitation calculator. The Diary brings them together by day and by month, and Today shows today’s and tomorrow’s hearings first, with overdue deadlines in red.

Reminders

The evening before a hearing, after 4 pm Pakistan time, you get a reminder in the app (the bell in the top bar) and by email. Deadlines one, three and seven days away are reminded by email.

The bell

The bell shows a count of unread notifications. Opening it lists the latest 15 and marks them read. "Mark all read" clears the rest.

Your calendar app

In the Diary, "Show hearings in Google or Apple Calendar" gives you a private link to add as a subscription. Hearings and deadlines from your open cases appear and update by themselves; calendar apps refresh every few hours.

If the link is shared by mistake or a phone that had it is lost, use "Make a new link" in the same place. The old link stops working at once; add the new one to your calendar app.
