The calculators, and what the badge on each rule means

How the Munshi’s calculators show their working, and what the confidence badges on each rule mean.

Tools holds the Munshi’s calculators: limitation, inheritance shares, court fee, maintenance arrears, simple interest and dates. Every result shows how it was worked out, step by step, and the rules it relied on, each with its source.

The badges on each rule

from the Act
We read the rule in the Act’s own text, as published on the official code site, and the source names the article or section.
lawyer to confirm
Believed right, but it rests on case law, a doubtful print, or an amending law we could not see in a consolidated text.
not known yet
We do not have a reliable figure or rule, so the calculator does not guess.

No practising lawyer has reviewed the rules for Wakeelnama yet, so treat every result as a starting point and confirm it before you rely on a date or a figure. The court fee calculator gives figures for Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan where we read the schedule in the amending law, and no figure where we did not, such as Islamabad.
